Training with the paos and the punching bag is very important in Muay Thai. They are used to train the different attacks (kicks, punch, knees, elbows...). These techics help to improve the stength, the resistance, the precision and the sequence of movements that familiarizes to the contact, wich is close to reality.
- The physical condition :
- The training it self with the repeated exercises with the paos and the punching bag.
- By jogging and jumping rope are excellent exercises for the cardio-vascular.
- The sparing to train the reflexes, the anticipation, learn to relax, the timing ...
- The muscle reinforcements, the stretching wich permits to be more flexible and have better physical recuperation.
